FGV today announces the appointment of YBhg. Dato’ Mohd Hairul bin Abdul Hamid as Group Chief Financial Officer for FGV Holdings Berhad, effective 2 January 2019.

Dato’ Mohd Hairul has 20 over years of Financial Management experience in Multinational Corporations and Government Linked Companies including 10 years’ experience as the Chief Financial Officer in Sime Darby Plantations Berhad and Mass Rapid Transit Corporation Sdn Bhd.

Dato’ Mohd Hairul is tasked to lead the strategic financial planning and operations of the Group, focusing on analysing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses and proposing corrective actions. Dato’ Mohd Hairul will also be focusing on compliance and quality control of the Group’s business planning and process changes.

Dato’ Mohd Hairul’s extensive experience will contribute to strengthen the Group’s decisions and business strategy and continue to drive the Group Finance management & initiatives.
