Invitation To Tender With over 50 years of experience, FGV’s Bulking and Storage segment plays a pivotal role in global supply chains by delivering reliable, efficient and scalable storage solutions.
Operated by FGV Johor Bulkers Group (FJB Group), this segment is a leading independent provider of storage and handling services for a wide range of liquid and dry bulk products. These include edible and non-edible vegetable oils, renewable energy feedstocks, biodiesel, oleochemicals, as well as palm kernel products, grains and basic chemicals.
FGV operates 12 liquid terminals across Malaysia and Pakistan, forming one of the world’s largest edible oil storage networks, with a total capacity of approximately 1.5 million MT serving diverse customer requirements.
FJB Group handles approximately 25% to 40% of Malaysia’s total palm oil exports, reinforcing its position as a key logistics enabler for international commodity players.
Operations are supported by fully computerised systems, stringent quantity and quality controls, and internationally recognised certifications, ensuring high standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence.
In addition, FJB Group operates six warehouses in Pasir Gudang and Kuantan, with a combined capacity of 123,000 MT, supporting the storage of palm kernel expellers (PKE), palm kernel shells (PKS) and grains.

FJB Group also operates 6 warehouses for the storage of palm kernel expellers (PKE), palm kernel shells (PKS) and grains in Pasir Gudang (88,000 MT) and Kuantan (35,000 MT).
Basic Chemical Handling
FJB Group marked a historical moment in 2019, when the company ventured into handling of basic chemicals in line with its strategy to expand the Group’s business beyond vegetable oils. Followed by the successful handling of first basic chemicals in bulk, FJB Group has taken a huge leap by expanding its chemical storage facilities in Tangjung Langsat as demand increases. By year 2021, FJB Group is anticipated to handle more than 80,000 MT per year of basic chemical.
