KUALA LUMPUR, 15 APRIL 2015 – Felda Global Ventures Holdings Berhad (FGV) has been awarded the 2015 Frost and Sullivan’s Excellence Awards for “Palm Oil Plantation Company of the Year”. This is the third consecutive win for FGV.
The prestigious award acknowledges FGV’s competitiveness in the market through its capabilities and best practices in its business operations and the company’s exceptional growth throughout 2014.

The award was received by Datuk Abd Halim Hamid, Head of Rubber Cluster of FGV on behalf of the Group at Mandarin Oriental Hotel, Kuala Lumpur, yesterday.

FGV was identified for the award based on in-depth interviews, analysis, and extensive secondary research conducted by Frost & Sullivan. The evaluation included revenues, market share, capabilities, overall contribution to the industry and identifiable best practices.
The Malaysia Excellence Award now in its eleventh year, aims to recognise Malaysian companies and individuals that have pushed the boundaries of excellence – rising above the competition and demonstrating outstanding performance in Malaysia.
