The Plantation Division serves as the backbone of FGV’s operations, overseeing the entire supply chain from estates and mills to research and development (R&D), rubber and renewable energy. The Division is central to driving operational efficiency and advancing sustainability across all agricultural activities.

Estates & Mills

FGV’s Estates and mills segment oversees 215 estates across Malaysia, covering 335,945 Ha planted with oil palm, rubber and other crops. Through 66 mills, it processes fresh fruit bunches (FFB) from internal estates, FELDA settlers and third-party smallholders into crude palm oil (CPO), accounting for approximately 4% of global production.
