Co-Organises CIGO Symposium 2025 and Launches Enhanced Whistleblowing Platform to Deepen Ethical Practices and Transparency

Kuala Lumpur, 18 August 2025 – FGV Holdings Berhad (FGV) has reaffirmed its strong commitment to ethics, integrity, and good governance by co-organising the Chief Integrity and Governance Officer (CIGO) Symposium 2025, themed “Integrity in Action: Transforming Complaints Towards MADANI Governance,” held on 16 July 2025.

This proactive role in the symposium, jointly organised with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC), the Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA) and MSM Holdings Berhad (MSM), demonstrates FGV’s leadership in driving ethical standards and supporting the National Anti-Corruption Strategy (NACS) 2024–2028 across its ecosystem.

Further underscoring this commitment, FGV officially launched its enhanced Whistleblowing Management System during the symposium — a key milestone in strengthening transparency, accountability, and ethical conduct throughout the organisation. The upgraded platform offers a secure, confidential, and anonymous channel for employees and external stakeholders to report any form of misconduct without fear of retaliation. It serves as a vital tool in reinforcing organisational safeguards, promoting ethical decision-making, and ensuring that integrity remains a core part of FGV’s culture and operations.

CIGO Symposium 2025 and the Launch of FGV’s Whistleblowing Management System were officiated by Dato’ TKPj Azmi Kamaruzaman, Deputy Chief Commissioner (Prevention) of MACC, and attended by the top management of FELDA, FGV, and MSM.

The event was officiated by Dato’ TKPj Azmi Kamaruzaman, Deputy Chief Commissioner (Prevention) of MACC, and attended by Tan Sri Rastam Mohd Isa, Chairman of FGV; Dato’ Dr. Suzana Idayu Wati Osman, Director General of FELDA; Datuk Syed Hisham Syed Wazir, Chairman of MSM; Fakhrunniam Othman, Group Chief Executive Officer of FGV and Hasni Ahmad, Acting Group Chief Executive Officer of MSM.

As part of the event, Fakhrunniam led a Corruption-Free Pledge (Ikrar Bebas Rasuah), reaffirming the Group’s zero-tolerance policy towards corruption and unethical conduct. The symposium also featured a thought leadership forum on transparent complaint management, focusing on closing systemic gaps and strengthening institutional readiness.

Fakhrunniam Othman, Chief Executive Officer of FGV, led the Corruption-Free Pledge (Ikrar Bebas Rasuah), once again reaffirming FGV’s firm stance against corruption and misconduct.

FGV’s integrity-driven approach extends beyond systems and pledges, with ongoing initiatives such as nationwide roadshows and interactive learning modules.  In addition, employees renew their commitment through a yearly integrity pledge, reinforcing FGV’s zero-tolerance stance on unethical practices.

To sustain awareness and compliance, the Group has implemented regular email blasts to all employees, aimed at promoting governance initiatives and strengthening a culture of ethical practices across the organisation throughout the year.

Anjur Bersama Simposium CIGO 2025 & Lancar Platform Aduan Salah Laku Bersepadu untuk Perkukuh Etika dan Ketelusan

Kuala Lumpur, 18 Ogos 2025 – FGV Holdings Berhad (FGV) memperkukuhkan komitmennya terhadap etika, integriti dan tadbir urus baik dengan penganjuran bersama Simposium Ketua Unit Integriti dan Governans (CIGO) 2025 bertemakan ‘Integriti Dalam Tindakan: Transformasi Aduan ke Arah Tadbir Urus MADANI’ yang berlangsung pada 16 Julai 2025.

Penganjuran simposium bersama Suruhanjaya Pencegahan Rasuah Malaysia (SPRM), Lembaga Kemajuan Tanah Persekutuan (FELDA) dan MSM Holdings Berhad (MSM) ini membuktikan peranan kepimpinan FGV dalam memperkasa piawaian etika serta menyokong Strategi Pembanterasan Rasuah Nasional (NACS) 2024–2028 di seluruh operasi.

Dalam memperkasakan komitmen ini, FGV turut melancarkan Sistem Pengurusan Pemberi Maklumat (whistleblowing) yang dipertingkatkan dan merupakan satu pencapaian penting dalam mengukuhkan ketelusan, akauntabiliti dan amalan beretika di seluruh organisasi FGV. Platform baharu ini menyediakan saluran yang lebih selamat, dengan jaminan kerahsiaan penuh serta perlindungan identiti, bagi warga kerja serta pihak berkepentingan luar untuk melaporkan sebarang salah laku tanpa rasa bimbang terhadap tindakan balas. Inisiatif ini berperanan sebagai instrumen penting dalam memperkukuh kawalan dalaman organisasi, memupuk pembuatan keputusan beretika dan memastikan integriti terus menjadi teras budaya serta operasi FGV.

Simposium CIGO 2025 serta Pelancaran Sistem Pengurusan Pemberi Maklumat (Whistleblowing) FGV telah dirasmikan oleh Dato’ TKPj Azmi Kamaruzaman, Timbalan Ketua Pesuruhjaya (Pencegahan) SPRM; dan disertai oleh kepimpinan tertinggi FELDA, FGV dan MSM.

“Di FGV, integriti bukan sekadar satu tanda semak dalam senarai, sebaliknya ia adalah asas kepada cara kami beroperasi, memimpin dan membina kepercayaan,” kata Fakhrunniam Othman, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kumpulan FGV.

“Sistem pemberi maklumat yang dipertingkatkan ini bukan sekadar penambahbaikan teknikal, tetapi satu manifestasi jelas bahawa akauntabiliti perlu diterapkan pada setiap peringkat organisasi FGV.”

Tambah Fakhrunniam, “Amalan tadbir urus yang kukuh mencipta nilai nyata kepada semua pihak berkepentingan serta mengukuhkan komitmen kami terhadap peneroka, pemegang saham, rakan niaga serta keseluruhan ekosistem perniagaan. Kami kekal berpegang kepada nilai teras P.R.I.D.E — Kerjasama, Hormat, Integriti, Dinamisme, dan Semangat dengan Integriti sebagai nadi kepada setiap perkara yang kami lakukan.”

Majlis ini disempurnakan oleh Dato’ TKPj Azmi Kamaruzaman, Timbalan Ketua Pesuruhjaya (Pencegahan) SPRM dan turut dihadiri oleh Tan Sri Rastam Mohd Isa, Pengerusi FGV; Dato’ Dr. Suzana Idayu Wati Osman, Pengarah Besar FELDA; Datuk Syed Hisham Syed Wazir, Pengerusi MSM; Fakhrunniam Othman, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kumpulan FGV dan Hasni Ahmad, Pemangku Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif Kumpulan MSM.

Sebagai sebahagian daripada simposium tersebut, Fakhrunniam telah mengetuai Ikrar Bebas Rasuah (IBR), sekali lagi menegaskan pendirian tegas FGV terhadap amalan rasuah dan salah laku. Simposium ini turut menampilkan forum kepimpinan pemikiran mengenai pengurusan aduan yang telus, dengan fokus kepada usaha menutup jurang sistemik dan memperkukuh kesiapsiagaan institusi.

Fakhrunniam Othman, Ketua Pegawai Eksekutif FGV telah mengetuai Ikrar Bebas Rasuah (IBR), sekali lagi menegaskan pendirian tegas FGV terhadap amalan rasuah dan salah laku.

Pendekatan FGV yang berpaksikan integriti tidak hanya terhad kepada sistem dan ikrar, malah turut diperluas dengan pelbagai penganjuran inisiatif berterusan seperti siri jelajah di seluruh negara serta modul pembelajaran interaktif. Selain itu, semua warga kerja juga memperbaharui ikrar integriti tahunan, sekali lagi menegaskan pendirian sifar toleransi FGV terhadap salah laku.

Bagi memastikan kesedaran dan pematuhan yang berterusan, FGV turut melaksanakan hebahan e-mel berkala kepada semua warga kerja, bertujuan mempromosikan inisiatif tadbir urus dan memperkukuh budaya amalan beretika di seluruh organisasi sepanjang tahun.

“Kami mahu integriti menjadi budaya yang berakar umbi, terpahat dalam diri setiap warga FGV, sehingga amalan beretika menjadi nilai asas dalam setiap tindakan dan keputusan yang dibuat, sama ada sebagai individu mahupun sebagai pasukan,” tambah Fakhrunniam.

FGV yakin bahawa tadbir urus lestari bermula dari dalam, dipacu oleh akauntabiliti bersama, pembuatan keputusan beretika dan kawalan institusi yang kukuh bagi perubahan yang berkekalan.
